So I have a lot of my clients, especially women, complaining of being bloated, some IBS and lots of other problems such as cramps, constipation, weight loss, weight gain, migraines eczema…

You name it, I’ve had clients ask whether these can be improved by diet.

My answer 100% yes.

Now I am not saying you will definitely be cured, but improvement, better managed and sometimes completely cured. YES!!!

These symptoms are all signs of the body going through some sort of intolerance and having an inflammatory effect on the body. 

Now the old nutritional advisor in me would have said let’s do the elimination diet which may I add have had some very good results with. 

There are just a few downsides for both ME and YOU…

It’s a sloooooooowwww process. It’s trial and error, anyone who tells you different is lying!!! 

Nothing great comes quick, I’ll give you that, and especially in fitness and health but this is especially slow and can become quite disheartening for the client.

This is where we have to build their trust and guide them through to a better, healthier them!!! 

Let’s take bread, for example. You come to me with your food diary that I then assess. 

Every time you eat bread you get bloated and start to feel tired – that’s great so we know you may have an intolerance to bread… 

But it could be the yeast in the bread, the gluten, the seeds on top – even the filling you put in it every day!


You see my point? It’s a process of trial and error.

But what if I told you with a simple test we could dial this down slightly and with the correct nutritional assistance and start to see improved results in as little as 7-10days, a far cry from the months we could potentially be waiting with an elimination diet. 

It’s true, here at PinnacleFH we have teamed up with Lorisian who offer intolerance testing through a simple yet very effective blood sample system. 

What this does for me is takes out the guess work to give myself and YOU, the client, the results in a reduced time frame.

And guess what!? No need to cut out the bread completely and miss out on the things we love.

I suggest multiple alternatives and you go about leading a normal life with a diet that fits into your lifestyle but sees the results you have always wanted.

It still won’t be easy as you will have to cut out foods that you show a high intolerance to, for a minimum of 3 months, but knowing exactly what these are it becomes easier to lead a full and varied diet around the intolerance. 

Further to this with advice from myself and the fact we look at gut repair, it may be after the three that months you can fully reintroduce these foods back into your diet without any of the effects suffered before such as bloating, headaches etc…!!
