Night formula includes magnesium extracted from seawater which helps to maintain normal muscle contraction, normal psychological function and is essential to promote muscle relaxation before restful sleep. As well as magnesium, Night includes soothing blend of lemon balm, montmorency cherry which is a natural food source of melatonin, reishi mushroom (fruiting body) and the essential amino acid glycine.
