What is sports massage, and how can it benefit me? +

Sports massage is a specialised form of therapy designed to support athletes and active individuals. Our team uses targeted techniques to reduce muscle tension, improve flexibility, and enhance circulation. Whether you’re recovering from an intense workout, managing soreness, or preparing for a sporting event, sports massage can help prevent injuries, speed up recovery, and improve overall performance. How long do sessions last? +

You can book sessions from 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes. The duration of the treatment will vary depending on how long you require and want condition the muscular tissues are in.

What happens during a treatment? +

During a session, our sports therapy team will first assess your posture, muscle condition, and any areas of discomfort. We then use a combination of techniques, including deep tissue massage, stretching, and soft tissue release, to address your specific needs. I don't play sports - can I still have a sports massage? +
