We try to incorporate as much variety into the sessions as possible & utilise different styles of training & a variation of equipment in order to ensure we keep the sessions fun, varied but challenging at the same time. It also helps to eliminate the boredom factor from your workouts.
You will perform a range of individual & team exercises that will challenge your speed, strength, agility & power & will utilise a range of different fitness equipment as well some of your old-school favourite bodyweight exercises!
Enhancing recovery and working with injuries
Our coaches work closely with our therapists and rehab professionals, trained to spot imbalances and potential injury. Your coach will be in constant communication with our therapists to work on your imbalances and weaknesses caused by injury.
